Well, I'm changing my theory on gas grills.  I used to figure on buying a $100 grill every 3-4 years as the rust apart.  I've decided to take the plung and guy a stainless steel grill.  Seeing how that I have a XBOX 360 to save for, I decided to go with an inexpensive brand, even though some of the Gill forums say to only go with Weber or better.  It is a Char-Broil Commercial Series Model 463251605 or Lowes item #158649.  We decided to go with the version at Lowes since it had Cast Brass burners, and the knobs were nicer than the other Char-Broil versions that we saw at Home Depot and Acadamy.  Cooked some steaks and chicken on it and WOW, nothing was burned.  That is new.
